EXCELLENT PAY

, flexible hours and employee discounts. Must have previous commercial kitchen experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Starting pay based on previous experience, however, frequent raises and spot bonuses provided with excellent employee performance. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assisting the brewmaster with brewing beer

• Measuring and milling grain, mash in, sparge, mash out, transfer, boil, knockout, etc. Fermentation and yeast management Carbonating and keg transfer Cleaning Kegs Rotating kegs and front of house inventory Cleaning, sanitizing of all equipment
• brew system, fermenters, kegs, etc. And yes, tasting beer for quality assurance
• not kidding!

Relevant experience a plus, but we

WILL TRAIN

the right individual. This job requires a high level of hands on work. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 150lb kegs as needed. If you want to learn a unique skill or expand the skills you already have, please come join out team!
