About Us We are a small, community-focused craft brewery located in Hutto, Texas. We are dedicated to producing high-quality, innovative beers alongside great food, creating a welcoming space for our community. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, efficient, and team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional beers to our customers. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brewer Assistant with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves supporting all aspects of the brewing process, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Assist in all stages of the brewing process including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging Clean and sanitize brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, kegs, and work areas (CIP/SIP procedures) Monitor fermentation progress and record accurate brewing data Assist with kegging, canning, and packaging operations Maintain inventory of raw materials and brewing supplies Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Support quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in all products Assist with routine maintenance of brewing equipment Collaborate with the brewing team on recipe development and process improvements Qualifications 1-2 years of brewery or beverage production experience Working knowledge of brewhouse operations and fermentation processes Strong understanding of sanitation standards and procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding production environment Comfortable working in wet, hot/cold, and fast-paced conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Flexible availability (including some weekends/evenings as needed) Must be
TABC Certified Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
