Production Worker - Food Manufacturing We are a growing food manufacturing company in Stafford, Texas seeking dependable, hardworking Production Workers to join our production team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees will assist with food preparation, production, packaging, labeling, sanitation, and general production duties. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and work well as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with daily food production and processing Operate basic production and packaging equipment Fill, portion, package, seal, and label finished products Prepare packaging materials and production supplies Inspect products for quality and consistency Follow production specifications and instructions Maintain accurate product counts Pack finished products into cases Move ingredients, supplies, packaging, and finished products as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company procedures Follow all workplace safety requirements Report quality or equipment problems to a supervisor Assist with other production duties as needed Qualifications Previous food manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to perform cleaning and sanitation duties Must follow all food safety and personal hygiene requirements Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required Ability to work in both refrigerated and normal production areas Ability to wear required personal protective equipment What We Are Looking For We are looking for reliable employees who want steady work and are willing to learn.
