Overview Join our dynamic beverage manufacturing team as a Brewer and become a vital contributor to crafting high-quality, innovative craft beers. As a key player in our production process, you'll help ensure every batch meets our rigorous standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Duties Operate brewing equipment and machinery with precision, ensuring optimal performance and product quality Conduct sanitation procedures throughout the brewing process to uphold food safety standards and prevent contamination Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Assist with packaging operations, including filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing finished products Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols to ensure safety and compliance Handle raw materials and finished products safely using material handling equipment such as forklifts, adhering to heavy lifting and manual handling safety standards Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, quality checks, and sanitation logs Requirements Prior experience in craft beer brewing or beverage manufacturing facilities is highly preferred Knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations within the food & beverage industry Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently Familiarity with machine operation, industrial chemical handling, and material handling equipment including forklifts Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately Strong commitment to safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to lead or collaborate effectively within a manufacturing setting Experience with quality assurance processes specific to food & beverage production is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a real impact!
