Job Description

Position Summary:
von Trapp Brewing is looking for a PT enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Event Team Member for Northern VT, Southern VT, and Metro Area in MA. In this role, you ll help bring our brewery events to life-whether it s a beer release, live music night, festival, or private party. You ll be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while representing our brand in a positive, welcoming way.
Northern/Southern VT, Metro Area of MA Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup and breakdown of events (tables, tents, signage, merch, etc.) Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner Pour and serve beer in accordance with state and local alcohol laws Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces Represent the brewery at off-site events such as festivals, tastings, and pop-ups Work collaboratively with other team members and departments Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event work preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Weekend and evening availability is essential Knowledge of craft beer is a plus-but passion and willingness to learn is even better
