Facilities Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property

Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

Transport waste to designated disposal areas

Clean windows, glass surfaces, and windowsills

Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs

Provide courteous interactions with guests and the public

Maintain organized and stocked janitorial supply areas

Follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

Previous janitorial, retail, commercial, or office cleaning experience preferred

Valid drivers license required

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00

•$25.00/hr.
