This is a full-time, 32-40 hours a week position. This is an in-person position, hours will vary depending on scheduled events. Pay is $25/hr.

Requirements:

Valid MAST 12 and Food Handler CardBeverage Manager Responsibilities Build menus and beverage picklists for a variety of eventsCreate fun and interesting cocktails using client preferences and company guidelinesPreparing specialty, mixers, syrups, and garnishes for eventsManage beverage inventory, ordering, and sourcingAssist in implementing beverage related policies and proceduresOversee logistics of transportation, rentals, and alcohol
Ordering:
Monitor inventory levels weekly, including beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), mixers, garnishes, and bar equipmentPlace orders with approved suppliers to maintain adequate stock levelsEnsure ordering aligns with projected event needs and sales forecastsMaintain a record of all purchases with proper documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.)
Inventory Control:
Track inventory with our digital inventory management systemRecord all deliveries and pick-ups to ensure stock accuracyOrganize stock by product type and expiration date to prevent wasteMaintain an updated list of preferred suppliers and their contact detailsEnsure all beverage equipment (e.g., glasses, shakers, coolers) is ready and in good conditionMaintain POS systems for product trackingSales TrackingRecord sales within 7 days of an event in the sales spreadsheet and in the event portalRecord credit card tips into employee shifts after cash eventsNotify sales of any balance billing in the event portalTracking sales margins on product and researching new products while maintaining quality
