Job Description
DescriptionAmazon Devices—the team behind Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, eero, and more—is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management and Growth Marketing to own the vision for how we accelerate profitable demand and grow customer lifetime value across the way customers discover and buy Devices online. You will own a strategic roadmap and vision for growing Devices sales through the online customer journey. You drive clarity and create the frameworks and mechanisms that enable the organization to act. You lead a team of PMs accountable for topline business outcomes: accelerating demand, improving conversion from discovery through purchase, and growing customer lifetime value across the portfolio. Marketing strategy, segmentation, targeting, and experimentation are levers your team applies in service of those outcomes, not ends in themselves. You hold the tension between business outcomes and customer experience honestly, keeping customer experience as the primary lens when they conflict. You develop recognized expertise in the Devices customer, engaging directly with senior decision-makers to uncover what customers need, not just what they ask for. You apply one-way and two-way door judgment to high-stakes decisions with long-term implications for how we grow the business, and you make sophisticated judgment calls when data is incomplete. You will also help build and scale AI-powered solutions that reshape how we generate demand, personalize the experience, and measure incremental impact. This role combines strategic ownership of business outcomes with hands-on leadership of a high-performing PM team in one of Amazon's most visible product organizations. Your work has considerable impact on long-term strategy, the P&L, and organization priorities, and you deliver it working across multiple teams and organizations.
What We're Looking For:
A product leader whose strategic judgment is sought out, earned through deep customer knowledge, pattern recognition, and a track record of being right about what matters. You reason from first principles, develop clear tenets to work through hard tradeoffs, and identify bold bets that balance substantial customer value with calculated business risk. You consistently find the highest-leverage metrics in complex data and the leading indicators that predict sales and adoption before they show up in lagging metrics. You set ambitious goals, understanding that 70% of a bold vision often creates more value than 100% of an incremental improvement. You influence without authority across engineering, science, design, finance, marketing, and sales, and you actively recruit and develop PM talent. Experience owning sales or demand-driving business outcomes, product management, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership is essential. The position is based in Seattle, covering the North America region.
