18+ Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800+ retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products. Join our Dairy team as a Dairy Operator in Ice Cream. In this role your primary responsibilities will include: Operating ice cream fillers and associated equipment Performing plant sanitation and CIP of equipment/area Monitoring/documenting quality standards of products Operating automatic palletizer and bundler system in the freezer Cleaning and sanitizing the ice cream plant area after production
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday with the potential of weekends working 4:00pm to 12:00am
Qualifications:
Basic Math aptitude Work in safety conscious environment Accurate/detail oriented Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks Work in fast paced production environment Work in noisy environment Work well alone and with others Work in temperatures of -20 degrees Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8-10 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 55 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.
Benefits:
Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour (additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour for part of the shift)
Weekend Premium Pay:
