SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing and ensuring all housekeeping operations are in accordance with Chukchansi Gold Procedures and high standard levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time. Ensures all Casino Policies and Procedures are adhered to in the EVS Department. Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Maintains strict adherence that all OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of EVS staff activities throughout the casino ensuring approved standards of cleanliness is displayed. Makes recommendations and suggestions to hire, promote, evaluate, reward, discipline and discharge of all EVS employees. Assists in the selecting, training scheduling and evaluating of personnel. Responsible for advising management of repairs and replacements necessary in assigned areas and is accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of the public areas, restrooms and offices. Performs other related duties as may be required. Maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record. May be used as an usher as needed by management for events. Performs any reasonable request made by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises all supervisors and lead Environmental Services Attendants; indirectly supervises all Environmental Services Attendants.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required with five years minimum experience in housekeeping supervisory position required or Equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational/experience requirements.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock and radiation. The Team Member occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to extreme heat.
