Job Description
We are adding a grill cook/cashier to our team! Monday through Thursday. 10am-6:30pm.
Essential Functions:
MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE.
DEPENDABLE & PUNCTUAL
is a MUST!
- Be self-motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed.
- Team Player
- Follows all cleanliness, organization, sanitation and food safety.
- Must be able to follow directions and recipes.
- Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
- Must have cashier and money handling experience
- Execute recipes to the letter
- Follows and completes production sheets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
- Set up and tear down of workstation
- Polite and professional communication style
- Understands and utilizes FIFO
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
- All other duties as requested by the leadership team

- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
- Do simple arithmetic
- Able to follow oral and written directions
- Be able to lift 30 Lbs.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
