JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (ACGC) is tasked with regulating and monitoring the day to day operations of all Gaming Enterprises owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. The ACGC is comprised of several different departments who jointly work together with Casino Officials to ensure compliance with State, Federal and Tribal gaming laws. The Gaming Inspector Manager is tasked with managing the day to day operations of the assigned property for the Gaming Inspector Department. Coordinates delegates and provides direction on a daily basis for Commission Agents assigned to their responsibility. Communicates with various Casino Departments, and its Officers, to verify compliance with regulations and laws governing gaming activity. Resolves Department Personnel issues with listening and counseling methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
; including but not limited to : Meets with and reports to the Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance on a daily basis to address day to day business for the assigned Gaming Inspector office. Reports observations and activity documented for the assigned casino property. Maintain liaison between Commission Staff and Casino Management and Departments, to ensure that joint projects and regulatory testing is processed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Manage and verify the processing of all Gaming Inspector Department files for compliance with Commission, State, and Federal, Gaming Device requirements. Prepares and oversees adequate training and material availability, to Commission staff assigned to the Gaming Inspector Department. Ensures and coordinates access to all approved Casino Internal Controls and Department Policies & Procedures Manuals for department usage by the Commission Agents. Observe the conduct of Commission Agents working within the assigned property for the Gaming Inspector Department. Foot patrols of the Casino's property, concentrating on the gaming areas. Performing spot checks, being visible on the gaming floor, as the representative of the ACGC Management Team. Assisting and training Agents, on an ongoing basis, to identify potential risks, and problems associated with regulating gaming activity. Manage Audits Questionnaires to validate policy compliance. Assist with and conduct investigations as requested by casino patrons, as mandated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians (ACBCI) Guest Dispute Policy. Completes Annual Evaluations for Commission Agents and Commission Shift Supervisors assigned to the Gaming Inspector Department. Completes Employee Communications through Verbal and Written processes to ensure adherence to Commission Policy and Procedures. Performs other job related functions as assigned.
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS AND INFORMATION
Access to all areas of the gaming operation and their support areas. This access includes, but is not limited to, Confidential Reports, Surveillance video tape archives, Surveillance Daily Activity Logs, Financial Reports, as it pertains to gaming.

EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have related management experience, preferably, Casino or Gaming experience. Be knowledgeable with Tables Games, Slot Devices and the occurrences that pertain to them. The candidate must possess at minimum one year of experience as a Shift Supervisor for the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission and/or 5 years of gaming experience in Gaming Inspector/Compliance. Be skilled in prioritizing responsibilities and assignments. Must exhibit excellent administrative skills and have the ability to communicate the goals and mission of the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission. Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. Must possess excellent oral and written habits and can demonstrate initiative and motivation. Candidate must be able to compose clear, concise and effective reports. Must have the ability to conduct extensive investigations and departmental audits.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
