Winterhaven, CA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Management High school diploma or GED Supervising experience Managing casino floor teams Full Job Description Under direct supervision of the Table Games Shift Manager, assists the Shift Manager in the basic functions of the casino pit operations. Observe blackjack dealers in operation to ascertain that policies and procedures are being adhered to in the table games area. Under the direction of the Supervisor, oversees and designates tables to the Casino dealers and ensure proper colored cards are distributed for the daily operation of blackjack and provide accurate Player Tracking. Maintains confidentiality of all information. High school diploma or GED plus three years dealing experience, one year in a supervisory capacity required. Must be 18 years of age in Arizona and 21 years of age in California. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California if applicable. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal applicants.
