Florida Ave., Lakeland, FL 33803 | Full-Time About the Role Born & Bread Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Guest Service Lead to oversee our front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in high standards of service, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and community.
