Job Description
Lakeside Hotel Casino is looking for a Table Games Supervisor to help lead our Table Games team. In this role, you will oversee daily pit operations, support and coach dealers, ensure game protection standards are maintained, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will also serve as the acting leader of the pit in the absence of the Casino Shift Manager (CSM), helping ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of employee and guest concerns. What You'll Do Supervise table games operations and provide leadership to dealers during assigned shifts. Monitor table games to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and game protection procedures. Assist with daily pit scheduling and staffing in the absence of the Casino Shift Manager. Address employee and guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as appropriate. Coach and support team members to promote performance, accountability, and excellent guest service. Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and engaging experience for every guest. Partner with other departments to maintain efficient operations and a positive guest experience. Lakeside Hotel Casino operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as business needs require.
