Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Mentor team members to provide superior guest service Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiative, and organizational goals. Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment Select, train, and develop table games team member through education, training, coaching, and corrective action Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while on duty Act as a liaison with managers from other departments Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have knowledge of all casino game rules Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations Two to three years of casino management experience required Strong organizational, planning, supervisory skills are required Requires above-average math skills Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays What's in it for you: Competitive Salary with annual performance reviews Comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision 401(K)/ Company Match Access Perks and Childcare discounts
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Occasionally required to sit or stoop Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
