Our goal is to provide high-quality beauty services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing clients'' natural beauty, has excellent application skills, and provides outstanding customer service in a safe and sanitary environment. Responsibilities Apply classic, hybrid, volume, and cluster lash extensions Perform lash fills, removals, and lash maintenance services Consult with clients to determine the best lash style for their eye shape and desired look Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and disinfect tools after every client Follow all Illinois State Board sanitation and safety regulations Recommend lash care products and additional beauty services when appropriate Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Assist with opening and closing salon duties Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications Current Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required) Experience applying eyelash extensions preferred Knowledge of proper isolation techniques and lash application Strong attention to detail and precision Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and punctual Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Team-oriented with a positive attitude
