Job description: We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gaming Cafe Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service in a lively gaming environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred to deliver a seamless experience for our patrons. This role offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Supervise 3-5 staff members. Scheduling, shopping, and ensuring other staff are performing their duties. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness of dining and gaming areas, including tables, counters, and equipment Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations Assist with setup and cleanup for special events or catering services Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally
