THE JOB:
As a Surveillance Shift Manager, you'll lead a high-tech team focused on protecting the integrity of casino operations. From monitoring games and investigating suspicious activity to ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, you'll play a key role in keeping the property secure, fair, and operational. It's a fast-paced, leadership role where attention to detail and decision-making matter.THE DAY-TO-DAY
Shift Leadership & Operations:
Supervise Surveillance team members during your shift, ensuring effective use of CCTV equipment, accurate reporting, proper video evidence handling, and timely technical issue reporting.Investigations & Compliance:
Review surveillance footage and documentation related to jackpots, guest complaints, procedural errors, and suspicious activity. Serve as the main contact for Gaming Regulators and assist in maintaining compliance and reporting standards.Training & Team Development:
Maintain deep knowledge of casino games and procedures to train Operators and uphold SOPs. Manage scheduling, lead team check-ins, resolve conflicts, support hiring decisions, and foster a high-performing, accountable team environment.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 21 years old 2+ years of Gaming and/or Surveillance experience, including supervisory duties Bachelor degree or equivalent experienceTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
