Wednesday•Sunday 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 5 days per week GR Select Services LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Lead/Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team at Tyson Foods in Zeeland, MI. Bilingual English/Spanish and previous lead or supervisory experience are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support cleaning associates during the shift Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure work is completed properly Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards Train and assist new employees Communicate instructions and expectations in both English and Spanish Help address attendance, performance, and workplace concerns Perform cleaning duties alongside the team as needed Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain assigned areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Ensure employees follow all company safety and cleaning procedures Communicate supply needs or site concerns to management

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish•required Previous lead or supervisory experience•required Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to work the full Wednesday-Sunday schedule Ability to work independently and as part of a team
