As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service. What will you do? Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary Lead a section of stands and portables on game day and assist non-profit volunteers working locations. Conduct pre-game and post-game walks to ensure your section is in working order for the game and cleaned up properly end of night. Set and enforce expectations with volunteers and associates in your section on game day.
