Job Description

• Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchensanitation employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and safety andsanitation regulations.
• Maintain written record of shift activities.
• Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify workstandards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor equipment and generates repair orders.
• Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.
