Job Summary The Gaming Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gaming floor, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Gaming Manager will supervise staff, manage gaming activities, and resolve conflicts to create a positive gaming environment for all guests. Duties Supervise and lead gaming staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage daily operations of the casino floor, including monitoring gaming activities and ensuring compliance with regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Implement conflict management strategies to address any disputes or concerns from guests or staff. Train and mentor staff in customer service best practices and operational procedures. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience within the casino. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a casino or gaming environment is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent guest services and customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Proficient in conflict management techniques to effectively handle disputes. Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards is an asset.
