Elite Casino Resorts is looking for passionate, service-oriented individuals to be part of the team to open our newest resort property, Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, located in Ogallala, Nebraska. Elite Casino Resorts operates five gaming resorts located throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. The Count Team Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the count process. The Count Team Supervisor supervises all Count Team Associates and ensures that count procedures and Gaming Commission rules and regulations are being followed. The Count Team Supervisor is responsible for accurately counting and recording the uncounted money and chips from the table game boxes - the Table Drop. The Table Drop is counted daily. The Count Team Supervisor is responsible for performing the Slot Drop. A Slot Drop is where money is emptied from each slot machine. The Count Team Supervisor places an empty bill validator box by every machine on the floor. Then the Count Team Supervisor opens the machine doors and pulls out the full bill validator box and replaces it with the empty bill validator box. This procedure is followed until every slot machine has been emptied. The full bill validator boxes are taken to the count room where they will be emptied into a currency counter machine. The Count Team Supervisor is responsible for accurately counting and recording the money and slot machine vouchers from the Slot Drop.
Essential Functions:
Provide an exceptional guest service to all customers. Supervising the Count Team Associates throughout the shift. Ensures that all polices and Gaming Commission rules and regulations are being followed. Responsible for communicating shift activities to the Cage/Count Manager. Responsible for accurately counting and recording the uncounted money, chips and slot vouchers from the Table and Slot Drops. Operating the computer equipment correctly to ensure accuracy in the reports that are given to Accounting and the Gaming Commission. Count Team Supervisor's shift is not over until all the uncounted money has been counted and verified. Ensures that all daily paperwork is brought to Accounting and Gaming Commission. Attends all mandatory meetings and company required training. Adheres to the employee handbook. Adheres to all safety guidelines. Meets company attendance policy. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
