Variable hours (swing shift/late-night shift) weekends and holiday's required Job Responsibilities Provides supervision to the Dealers and ensures the delivery of an exceptional gaming experience for the guest. Actively participates in the training, coaching, progressive discipline, and retention of Dealers. Has a working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies. Evaluates operating procedures, recommends changes, and implements changes approved by the Table Games Manager Executes department directives, objectives, and communication to include hosting regular huddles for the Dealers. Safeguards company assets. Work in conjunction with security and surveillance to detect any floor, Team Member, or guest irregularities. Actively supports and leads Players Card sign up initiatives and creatively plans and executes sign up campaigns to motivate and inspire Team Members to solicit the guest and sign them up. Responsible and accountable to comply with all key control policies/procedures. Professionally resolve any floor disputes and complaints and refer any unsettled disputes to Shift Manager/MOD/Table Games Manager. Assist with training/mentoring of new team members as requested. Education and Minimum Requirements Prior relevant experience required. Prior supervising experience preferred High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Computer literate with knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks. Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Physical/Mental Working Demands Must be able to move in and around the entire facility throughout the entire workday. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Required to use close, distance, color, peripheral, depth and ability to focus. Ability to handle small parts and manipulate objects. Ability to read and interpret schematics, electric circuitry, and blueprints. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing and calibration instruments. Must be able to engage and interact with all guests appropriately and work well under the pressure of a fast-paced environmen Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work the entire property; to include the ability to tolerate changes in temperature. Must be able to work in environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
