The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Table Games Shift Manager to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As the Table Games Shift Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our casino's table games department. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and delivering exceptional guest service. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$61,200 - $82,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling table games team members to ensure proper staffing and performance Monitor casino operations for compliance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations and internal controls Oversee game operations, including fills, credits, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment Promote positive guest and team member relations by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and recognizing performance Coordinate work assignments and support a culture of accountability, professionalism, and regulatory compliance All other duties as assigned. More about you Minimum 3 years of full-time supervisor/management experience in table games or poker required Must have experience in craps, blackjack, roulette, poker, and carnival games Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of employment laws Intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word and Player Tracking systems strongly preferred. No degree required Physical requirements Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Shift details
