This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving revenue and profitability, and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. Qualifications Proven General Manager or senior leadership experience in an upscale/fine dining steakhouse, casino restaurant, or comparable high-volume hospitality operation Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue, managing budgets, and controlling costs Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing teams Strong commitment to hospitality, service excellence, and operational standards Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and consistent adherence to brand standards Drive financial performance through revenue optimization, cost control, budgeting, and operational planning Recruit, mentor, and develop restaurant leadership and service teams Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner effectively within the casino environment to support overall property goalsPay:
