Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Casino Shift Manager to lead our gaming floor operations during designated shifts. In this vital role, you will oversee daily casino activities, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and deliver exceptional guest service. Your leadership will help create a lively, safe, and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise casino staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies. Oversee cash handling procedures, including verification of cash amounts, processing cash transactions, and ensuring accuracy in record keeping. Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies, addressing any irregularities promptly. Assist guests with inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and promote a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service. Maintain detailed records of daily transactions, shift reports, and incident reports Experience Experience in a casino environment or gaming industry is highly preferred; but not required, familiarity with casino operations enhances effectiveness in this role. Strong organizational skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting tasks. Demonstrated ability to process cash transactions accurately using 10-key typing skills and retail math principles. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
