Responsibilities Supervise casino staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies. Oversee cash handling procedures, including verification of cash amounts, processing cash transactions, and ensuring accuracy in record keeping. Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies, addressing any irregularities promptly. Assist guests with inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and promote a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service. Maintain detailed records of daily transactions, shift reports, and incident reports Experience Experience in a casino environment or gaming industry is highly preferred; but not required, familiarity with casino operations enhances effectiveness in this role. Strong organizational skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting tasks. Demonstrated ability to process cash transactions accurately using 10-key typing skills and retail math principles. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
