Circulates through a gambling or table game area; monitors table coverage and observes staff and customers to be sure that game rules are followed. Explains house operating rules as needed. POSITION SUMMARY

The successful Casino Shift Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
