Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the floor Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Train and mentor floor staff on company policies and procedures Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred Experience working with children is desirable Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs. Desire to learn arcade operations Must be able to work weekends Previous supervisor experience preferred Previous cash handling required Guest service experience a plus
