The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Cage Supervisor to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. In this role you will oversee all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are being followed. What will you do? Lead and supervise team, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary More about you Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment required Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license High School Diploma or GED Physical requirements Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally Must be able to bend and life occasionally, stand for long periods of time Gaming environment, environment may be smoky with moderate-to-high noise levels Shift details Days Evenings Overnight M-F Weekends Holidays 10hr shift
