Full-Time | Overnight Shift About the Role We are expanding our team and seeking a dependable, motivated EVS Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift Environmental Services staff. This position oversees nightly cleaning operations, ensures standards are met, and supports EVS team members throughout their shift. Qualifications Previous EVS or housekeeping experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate EVS 1 and EVS 2 employees Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable Reliable transportation Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to resolve conflicts and enforce company policies fairly and consistently Duties & Responsibilities Supervise nightly EVS operations and ensure cleaning standards are met Assign and monitor tasks for EVS staff Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Conduct inspections and report findings to management Assist with scheduling, call‑outs, and shift coverage Lead special projects and deep-cleaning tasks Serve as a communication link between staff and management Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to work in areas with smoke, bright lights, and moderate noise Must comply with all health and safety regulations How to Apply Apply today! Pay:
