Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, guest relations, and facility maintenance. Support the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role. Must be able to obtain a Gaming license. Must be able to obtain an ABLE license. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Willingness to travel as required.Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
The work environment may involve exposure to smoke, with the intensity varying based on the specific location of the establishment. Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods. Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Moderate to high noise levels. What's in it for you?
