CAREER SITE Job Duties Supervises and secures all games in assigned table games/poker gaming areas. Enforces internal controls and commission regulations. Enforces table game procedures. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Player Rating System. Ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keep clear lines of communication with the Surveillance Department. Improves the skills of your staff through direct involvement in training, counseling, supervision, and evaluation. Services guests and handle guest related issues with composure and professionalism. Services employees and handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism. Maintains open communication with the assistant or shift manager. Keeps abreast of "special events", entertainment, employee activities, restaurant schedules, etc. Provides an entertaining, exciting and memorable guest experience. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Promotes superior guest service. Minimum Qualifications Must have previous work experience as a dealer with multiple game knowledge. Past supervisor/dual rate experience in table games is a plus. Must be able to successfully complete rigorous table games supervisory training. Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, and be willing to work various shifts and flexible hours.
