CAREER SITE Job Duties Assists the Shift Managers with the day-to-day operation of table games/poker to include training, counseling and supervision of team members. Supervises and secures all games in assigned gaming area. Ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keep clear lines of communication between table games personnel and the Surveillance Department. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the player rating system. Keeps Scheduling Department abreast on a daily basis of any changes, check pit time starts on a weekly basis. Enforces PGCB gaming rules and regulations, internal controls, and department/company policies. Keeps abreast of "special events", entertainment, employee activities, restaurant schedule, etc. Keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their function. Monitors business demands and makes necessary adjustments. Services guests, handles customer related issues with composure and professionalism. Services employees, handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism. Schedules Floor Supervisor assignments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Promotes superior guest service. Has the ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. Minimum Qualifications Two years combined supervisory experience in three of the six primary games (Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Craps, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker) plus one year of experience dealing three of the six primary games or previous Pit Manager experience in a high volume, complex casino environment. Additionally, a Craps Lead Floor Supervisor must have one year Craps dealing experience. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
