Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic gaming team as a Table Games Shift Manager - Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of casino table games and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to lead, supervise, and support the table games team while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and integrity. Your leadership will help create an engaging and welcoming environment for our guests, fostering memorable moments at every visit. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures through continuous interaction with all table games personnel. Set-up daily card and dice impress and/or verification. Monitors the completeness and accuracy of the Player Tracking Forms and associated Pit paperwork. Monitors player development through the use of KONAMI, and the
VIP TRACKING
system. Assures proper spread of table games and recommends scheduling changes when necessary. Maintains ongoing communication with Casino Manager and Table Games Director. Authorized to provide all complimentary privileges per company policy. Responsible for the on-going training and grooming of mid-management personnel. Inform Table Games Director when disciplinary action may be needed. Acting Manager on Duty for the property when necessary.- Perform all functions of personnel within span of control, as needed.
- Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
- Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
- Promote and ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
- Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment and decision-making skills.
