Job Summary The Dual Rate Assistant Table Games Manager / Table Games Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Table Games department while performing both managerial and supervisory duties as assigned. This position ensures exceptional guest service, regulatory compliance, game integrity, employee development, and operational efficiency. The incumbent may function as a Table Games Supervisor during assigned shifts and assume Assistant Table Games Manager responsibilities when required.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Assist in the overall management and administration of the Table Games department. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Monitor gaming operations to maintain game integrity and protect company assets. Analyze staffing levels and recommend scheduling adjustments based on business demands. Assist with budgeting, labor management, and departmental performance goals. Investigate and resolve guest disputes, complaints, and unusual gaming situations. Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members. Conduct employee evaluations and participate in disciplinary and corrective action processes. Review operational reports, game statistics, and revenue performance metrics. Collaborate with surveillance, security, cage operations, and regulatory agencies when necessary. Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in casino table games operations. Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor required. Assistant Manager or management experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of multiple table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker variations. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Extensive knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with casino management systems and reporting tools.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a smoking environment where permitted by law. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications. Must be able to pass background investigations and regulatory requirements. Casino gaming floor environment with continuous guest interaction. Fast-paced atmosphere requiring attention to detail and multitasking. Exposure to moderate noise levels and varying business volumes. Hourly Wage - $30.00 - $38.00 per hour Hourly rate depends on factors like experience, education, and/or specialized skills.
