Slot Lead Supervisor Job Type:

Full-Time Summary:

The Slot Floor Lead / Slot Lead Supervisor oversees daily slot floor operations and ensures the Slot Team delivers the highest level of customer service. This role provides leadership to Slot Floor Clerks and Slot Cashiers while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Slot Floor Clerks and Slot Cashiers Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met Monitor slot floor activity and resolve guest concerns Enforce gaming regulations and company policies Assist with staffing, training, and daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous slot or casino floor experience preferred Strong customer service and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally
