Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to oversee the parts, inventory, and shop operations for a well-established and growing amusement and gaming company. The company operates arcade games, dart machines, pool tables, ATMs, and other entertainment equipment throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. The primary focus of this role is simple: have the right parts on hand to keep equipment running and minimize downtime. Shop Manager Benefits $90,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonus Company-sponsored health insurance - medical, dental, and vision Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Stable, growing company with more than 30 years in business Shop Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications Manage parts, components, equipment, and overall shop inventory Maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory records Oversee receiving, logging, stocking, and organization of incoming parts Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories Establish appropriate inventory levels and reorder points Forecast future parts needs based on usage and equipment requirements Monitor inventory costs, shortages, and excess stock Understand which parts and components are required for different machines Work closely with technicians to ensure critical parts are always available Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop and parts operation Help minimize equipment downtime by anticipating parts needs before shortages occur
Must-Haves:
Strong parts and inventory management experience Excellent inventory tracking, receiving, and organizational skills Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment components Experience managing inventory levels, replenishment, and cost controls Ability to forecast future parts needs based on historical usage Experience in amusement/gaming equipment, vending, arcade operations, casino equipment, automotive parts, industrial equipment, mechanical parts, or a similar service/repair environment Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with service technicians Experience with arcade games, dart machines, pool tables, ATMs, vending equipment, or other amusement/gaming equipment is highly desirable
