The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Player Rewards Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. What will you do? The Supervision of Team Members. Follow and uphold all company policies and procedures. Adhere to marketing plans and implement promotions and giveaways as directed Develop logs and maintain an efficient stock of materials necessary Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner Maintain strict confidential guidelines concerning all guest interactions and records Implement training, evaluation, and scheduling of team members and conduct yearly reviews, goal requirements, and necessary paperwork in a timely manner More about you High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the guest service field Experience in casino marketing systems preferred Must be able to obtain a state gaming license Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day Weekends, holidays, and swing shifts may be required Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends OT as needed
