Description Job Overview The Game Ambassador is responsible for providing positive customer service to guests who are playing games or who are on the casino floor. Game Ambassadors are also responsible for the ensuring the gaming floor is neat and clean at all times. The Game Ambassador will assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.   • Provides excellent customer service to all guest, especially to gaming players
  • Enhances guests' gaming entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment through the celebration of wins
  • Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every interaction with all guests throughout the shift
  • Routinely engages with guests to describe, promote and demonstrate new and existing technology available online and on property
  • Responds to guest service calls with enthusiasm and within the established service targets
  • Resets machines and repairs minor malfunctions; Processes jackpots
  • Processes wallet pays and exchanges currency for the guests and TITO (ticket in, ticket out) fills
  • Completes all required documents, logs, and reports in a timely and accurate manner following MICS, TICS and other regulatory or Company requirements.
  • Complies with Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Cleans and disinfects all gaming machines, chairs and high-frequency touch points; clears debris from gaming machines and gaming floor using brooms and vacuums
  • Game Ambassadors and their managers will periodically receive service time reports and Game Ambassadors are responsible for meeting service targets for both the time of a service interaction and the number of service calls completed during a time period
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Six (6) months of cash handling or teller experience- required
  • Must successfully take and pass a timed math skills test- required
  • Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
  • Must have effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel and crouch without limitation when needed
  • Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
  • Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
