Offers high level of service to all Harrington Raceway & Casino guests in a fast and friendly manner. Provides direction, assistance, and/or information as may be required to ensure guest satisfaction. Issues point redemptions and complimentaries as designated by customer account information. Creates and issues Player's Club cards and promotes the club and related company promotions and services. Maintains integrity of database by following high standards of data entry. Ensures protection of customer rewards. Assists with promotions and event registration and operation. Promotes Harrington Raceway & Casino by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful, respectful manner. Meets attendance guidelines of job and adheres to company policies and procedures.
