From celebrating jackpot wins to answering questions and resolving machine issues, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional casino experience. What You'll Do Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to every guest. Accurately process slot machine jackpots and complete all required paperwork. Respond quickly to guest requests and slot machine service calls. Perform minor slot machine troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance. Verify slot bank impress totals and complete opening and closing bank procedures. Understand and respond appropriately to slot machine error codes.
