Responsibilities:

Prepares slot payoff requests and tax forms for jackpots, obtaining verification and payment as appropriate, in a manner consistent with MGC regulations, internal controls and slot department operating procedures. Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems at the machine. Documents those repairs unable to fix at machine level. Responds to requests for information, changes large denomination currency into requested bills. Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.

Compensation:
