Job Description

Job Description $16.32 - $18/hour average, dependent on business volume & tips (Minimum of $16.32/hr).
Reserve:
a position working up to 20 hours per week (between 100-999 hours per year) The F&B Outlets Attendant delivers world class guest service to guests in a timely, friendly manner in assigned work areas, which involve food and beverage operations at all Outlets locations including: Biltmore Dairy Bar, Bake Shop, Courtyard Market, Conservatory Café, various satellite Carts, and the food and beverage area at the Concert Series. Working in a cohesive group to keep the area stocked, cleaned, and in a manner of great presentation for the pleasure and service to our guests. Weekend & holiday availability required.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Serving and taking care of the guest, through following all area SOP's, guidelines, and standards. 2. Keeping the area stocked and well maintained. Keep product stocked and fresh at all times. 3. Responsible for learning Micros system, and maintain excellent money skills. Keeping work area cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines. 4. To be able to multi-task, and be a team player 6. Adhere to policy/guidelines with the ability to follow directions. 7. Understanding and following of the "FIFO" procedure. Have Fun.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma (or GED). 2. One year of previous hospitality, restaurant, retail and/or guest service experience required. 3. Solid math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions 4. Must have a cheerful, caring, and considerate attitude and a genuine desire to deliver world class service. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Must be adaptable to a fast paced environment and be a hard worker. 7. Applicants must be 16 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
1. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. 2. Have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. 3. Will be working outdoors and inside with fluctuations in temperature and conditions. 4. May be exposed to dust, pollen, and other particulates, and should be able to work effectively under these conditions.
