Overview:

The Wool E World Attendant supports the safe and enjoyable operation of inflatable games and activities during Durham Bulls home games. This role manages guest participation, tracks contests, and provides friendly service in a busy family entertainment area.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Monitor inflatable games and activities to support safe and orderly guest participation. Explain activity rules and provide clear instructions to guests. Manage lines and help maintain an organized flow of participants. Track contests, participation, or game results as assigned. Maintain general knowledge of the Durham Bulls, ballpark, and available guest services. Report equipment concerns, guest incidents, or safety issues to a supervisor promptly. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age. Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality. Ability to manage lines and communicate clearly with children, families, and other guests. Willingness to learn general information about the Durham Bulls and the ballpark. Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, crouch, climb as needed for cleaning. Ability to walk, stand and climb stairs frequently and for an extended period of time. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
