The attendant oversees the daily operation of beverage cart/hut to serve customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in addition to offering a small menu from our Pub.

Base Compensation:

Flat hourly rate of $6.05, plus earned tips .

Essential Job Functions:

Set up and break down of the beverage cart as directed by management Follows the schedule of service as directed by management. Consistent communication with other members of the F&B service team. Ensures that proper beverage service is maintained at all times. Maintains the presentation and cleanliness of the bar cart before, during, and after service. Sets up for service by following the check-list as assigned by management Reports any and all maintenance issues via the correct procedure. Ensures that sufficient supplies are stocked at all times. Possesses high level of product knowledge of all offerings. Maintains a high standard of discipline within the front areas of the Club. Completes all tasks in accordance with the company Health and safety policies. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
