ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed: Familiarize yourself with restaurant service standards, including table setups, beverage service, and pre-bussing procedures Clean and reset tables thoroughly before moving to the next, ensuring all surfaces, chairs, and booths are properly wiped and sanitized Clear used dishes, clean ashtrays, and reset tables with appropriate settings Stock service stations with necessary items such as glassware, cups, and silverware Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including floors, carpets, and service areas Handle all glassware, silverware, and china in a sanitary manner, ensuring proper hygiene practices Assist servers when possible, without neglecting primary responsibilities Do not handle guest checks or money from tables Supply side stations with bulk items and remove trash as needed Remove condiments and reusable items from bus carts and break down side stations at the end of service Clean and maintain beverage equipment including coffee urns, milk dispensers, juice machines, iced tea machines, and soda dispensers Ensure all service stations are clean and fully stocked before the end of each shift Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members

QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Previous bussing experience preferred, especially in a high-volume dining environment Professional, pleasant, and confident demeanor with a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with guests and team members Thorough understanding of company and departmental policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic math skills for handling routine tasks Experience with MMS and MICROS systems preferred

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals in English Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally in high-pressure or fast-paced situations Able to understand and respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and accuracy Must be able to document incidents, complete reports, and follow written instructions precisely Proficiency in communicating policies, procedures, and expectations to team members

Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations Valid Clark County Health Card required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to stand for extended periods and use hands to handle tools, equipment, and objects Frequently required to reach with arms, speak clearly, and actively listen in a fast-paced environment Visual acuity required, including close vision, color differentiation, and peripheral awareness Ability to lift and move: Up to 30 lbs regularly Up to 50 lbs frequently Up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance or equipment as needed) Must be able to push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and maintain balance in various work environments, including confined or crowded spaces May be required to navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces Must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently in a dynamic and guest-facing setting
