Job Description

Description:
Responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to all guests. Responsible for preventative maintenance and minor repairs during designated shifts to ensure accurate and consistent operation of slot machines and gaming devices as to minimize down time. Perform all duties in accordance with Club Fortune policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Consistently follow machine entry and repair procedures in order to identify and prevent future equipment issues. Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. books, etc. Participate in slot projects such as, machine installations, moves and modifications. Maintaining accurate and consistent communication with all departments, both oral and written. Maintain familiarity with floor operations. Competently use various PC based software programs. Answer guest questions and knowledgeable about property events and attractions. Greet and welcome all guest in a pleasant and professional manner. Promote and enroll guests in CFC rewards programs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Gaming Registration Qualifications:
Minimum one year previous slot experience is preferred. Working knowledge of slot machines Preferred. Must be at least twenty-one years of age. Ability to multi-task, follow up, organize and adapt to rapid change in high volume, high stress environment. High school diploma or equivalent education or equivalent work experience required. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
