Summary We are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines to ensure optimal performance, contributing to our guests' enjoyment and satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electronic gaming devices to ensure they are fully operational Perform routine maintenance on gaming equipment to prevent malfunctions Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively Collaborate with the casino team to address any equipment-related concerns promptly Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on machines Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries related to gaming equipment Ensures compliance with company policy and gaming regulations Requirements Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role within the gaming industry is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools effectively Familiarity with computer hardware and networking concepts is beneficial Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Must be able to stand and walk; stoop, kneel, bend or crouch; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; close/distance/color/peripheral vision, depth perception and focus Must be able to lift 15lbs regularly and up to 65lbs occasionally
